Our Chefs are always available to assist you at any of our stations and to answer any questions you may have regarding our products.

PIZZA & DOUGH

Our dough is prepared daily and hand tossed, choose from white or wheat. Regular dough is 12 inch and our special Kid Pack dough is 8 inches. Kid Pack dough will come with a choice of several fun shapes – heart, characters, dinosaur or bear.

Top your dough with one of 4 different types of mouth-watering sauces: pizza, tomato, green sauce and BBQ. Add your cheese. Then fill it with a vary of fresh seasonal ingredients: pepperoni, chicken sausage, meat balls, grilled chicken, shrimp, calamari, sweet corn, onion, zucchini, eggplant, mushrooms, tomatoes, olives, mozzarella cheese, pineapple, green pepper and many more. A professional Chef will be available to help you with any needs or questions you may have.

After you are finished topping your pizza pie, you will pass it on to our Professional Chef where it will be weighed to determine the price and then placed into a real, traditional Italian pizza oven shipped directly from Italy. This oven burns with wood and gas fire technology. We guarantee your pizza will be ready in 2 minutes tops for your Server to deliver immediately to your table.

PASTA

Pick the type of pasta you want: Penne, Fusilli, Tagliatelli, Spaghetti or Penne (Spaghetti and Penne also available in wheat). Then choose from a wide variety of delicious sauces: Marinara, Bolognese and Alfredo. Choose as many and as much of our seasonal ingredients as you want to top off your pasta dish with cheese, chicken, sausage, bacon, shrimp, calamari, sun dried tomatoes, parmesan cheese, broccoli, peppers, olives, peas, carrots, onions, garlic and many more.

Our Chefs will be available to help and answer any questions you may have throughout your preparation experience. After piling on all your favorite toppings, pass your dish to the Chef where your entrée will be weighed to determine the price, cooked to perfection and delivered to your table.

You make it. We bake it. You eat it hot and fresh!

SUBS

This is not just any ordinary subs. Choose any bread: wheat, Italian, honey oats, parmesan oregano or sesame. Fill it with all of your favorite ingredients. Choose from a variety of cheese, grilled chicken, turkey, ham, meat balls, lettuce, olives, jalapeño and many more seasonal selections. A variety of toppings and dressings will also be available to finish your sub, just the way you like it!

As always, a Chef will be available should you require any assistance and to weigh your sub to determine the price. Finally if you would like your sub toasted, just let the Chef know and your Server will deliver it to your table. Hot and fresh!

SALAD BAR

Finally, our salad bar has a delicious array of seasonally fresh and brilliantly colored vegetables. Our lettuce and mixed greens are chopped fresh daily with a variety of red tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese, carrots, peppers and many other fresh veggies to choose from. Top your salad off with the dressing of your choice for the perfect combination.

Remember our concept is ‘U Make We Bake’. Our Chefs and Servers are always available. And the prices at our food stations are determined by weight. You are in charge! Be as frivolous or thrift as you want. The price is yours!
