Your investment into our U Make We Bake restaurant franchise will vary depending on the concept of your choice as well as the location including the city, state and/or country. We have designed each one of our concepts to be affordable for our franchisees and their budget.
1) FULL SERVICE RESTAURANT WITH BAR
The minimum space required for this set up is 4,000 SQF which will include patio seating for approximately 40 people and more. This concept will include a full service menu (see our menu for more details of entrée selection and/or ingredients);
- You make, we bake: pizza, pasta, sub or salad stations
- Full service a la carte menu should the customer not want to make his/her own food
- Carry-out or delivery
- Catering
This location will have a full service sports bar with large screen HD TV’s and a hookah bar. The sports bar will consist of a wide variety of beer, wine, mixed drinks, freshly squeezed juice or international selections of tea and coffee. Each area will be fully staffed and available for reservations. The hookah lounge will be ventilated and stocked with an extensive selection of shisha with freshly cut fruit available as well for our shisha lovers smoking enjoyment.
2) CARRYOUT & DELIVERY
The minimum space required for this set up is 1,500 SQF. This concept will include limited menu items and the you make we bake pizza and pasta stations. Also will offer mixed drinks, freshly squeezed juice or international selections of tea and coffee. There will be a few tables for seating small groups at this location. This location will require a full service kitchen staff, couple servers and few drivers to deliver orders.
3) SHOPPING MALL/FOOD COURT
The minimum space required for this set up is 1,000 SQF. This concept will include limited menu items and the you make, we bake pizza and pasta stations. Also, will offer mixed drinks, freshly squeezed juice or international selections of tea and coffee. Seating for this setup is minimal and might use the food court seating area. This location will require a basic crew of Chefs, Cashiers and kitchen help.
